Job description
Overview:
The Green Recruitment Company have partnered with a sub-division of one of the world's largest investor-owned electric utility service providers, who are looking to expand their Energy Management Services team. The ideal candidate for this Energy Analyst position will have a background in the building services, energy management or Measurement & Verification industries, but not essential, to identify key variables that impact energy consumption in buildings and contract performance.
As part of a management team, the individual will be required to represent EMS controls within client meetings, and as such needs to be well motivated and capable of working as part of the team or independently. The primary function of the role will be to harvest and process data from reporting suites, remote bureau teams and regional offices to provide performance related information and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
Energy & Service Operations
Work as part of a team or directly with customers to provide energy reporting and budgeting figures and analysis
Review and analyse internal weekly reports, liaising with the report owners where required
Provide modelling to cover any data gaps
Extract and analyse data from Energy Monitoring and Targeting software to support the EMS team as directed
Build and develop improved energy and service reports to increase automation of reporting functions
Provide reporting relating to the status of energy projects progress and savings
Use internal workflow management platforms to extract and analyse service data
Provision and development of service-related compliance reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
Provide analysis to assist in the route cause analysis of any KPI and SLA failures
Build a database, analyse, and interpret technical data to assist in the provision of equipment failures to develop business cases
Commercial Management
Work closely with the UK Sales Account & EMS teams to achieve and deliver account growth using reporting and analytics
Client Relationship Management
Build strong productive working relationships with internally and externally mapped customers
Promote an excellent customer satisfaction environment through effective communication and problem ownership
