As part of their success to date, the business seeks a Sales Support Administrator, to assist with their growing pipeline of sales opportunities. This Individual will be support the best in class business development team, in pursuing leads & assisting with tenders, plus other administrative tasks linked to the commercial business function.

Responsibilities;

• Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
• Support the Business Development & Origination Team.
• Respond to high volume of queries (phones, email, social media) with absolute care and attention
• Maintain thorough & accurate customer service system & records.
• Take sales information and puts it into an easily readable format
• Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their EV Charging Products.

Requirements;

• Customer service, sales support or administration experience.
• Experience with MS Office & CRM systems.
• Organized, with demonstrable background in being so.
• Good telephone manner & ability to work under pressure.
• Open to working in a fast moving, dynamic & exciting organization.
• An interest in Electric Vehicle Charging, Renewable energy or sustainability, a big plus!
