Director, Investor Relations (Energy/Infrastructure)
Job description
We are working with an investment platform focused on originating and structuring US dollar-denominated renewable energy and infrastructure assets, primarily across distributed energy and energy-related financing.
The Role
This is a capital raising/investor coverage role, responsible for building and converting relationships with institutional capital and alternative allocators. The position sits close to both asset origination and product structuring, and requires someone comfortable discussing underlying asset quality, credit structure and investor return profile, rather than pure sales.
Responsibilities
Lead capital raising efforts across family offices, private credit funds, hedge funds and alternative capital sources, including Web3-native investors where relevant
Own the full fundraising cycle from origination, pitch, DD, onboarding, capital deployment
Build and manage a pipeline of investors with a focus on repeatable capital relationships, not one-off allocations
Clearly articulate renewable energy asset cash flows, credit structure, and downside protection mechanics
Work closely with internal teams to align investor demand with deal structure, pricing and duration
Qualifications
Proven experience in capital raising / institutional sales/investor relations, ideally within private credit, infrastructure or energy-related investments
Demonstrated track record of bringing in capital or managing active LP/allocator relationships
Solid understanding of credit products, yield-driven strategies and asset-backed cash flow
Ability to engage credibly with both traditional investors and alternative capital sources
Familiarity with cross-border fundraising and basic regulatory frameworks is a plus
