​Opportunity with a leading Infrastructure and Renewables Investment Fund who are seeking a data analyst to support the asset management team.

The Role:

• Be responsible for receiving, cleansing, and interpreting data from different systems

• Supporting the onboarding of assets to our Portfolio Management System

• Supporting the integration of Business Intelligence Tools to provide centralised dashboards for asset and portfolio management purposes

• Be integrated with our in-house team of technical Asset Managers and be responsible for bringing data and performance issues to their attention using our Portfolio Management System

• Process large quantities of raw data and distil their findings into meaningful information on the condition and performance of sites

• Support resolution of faults and incidents, making recommendations to the Asset Managers on the cause of data anomalies and possible actions to restore sites to normal operating condition

• Be responsible for reconciliation of meter data and offtaker data, and liaising with meter operators, data collectors and offtakers to address differences

• Analysis support for optimisation strategies to improve the performance of sites

• Liaise with Operation & Maintenance (“O&M”) Contractors on data issues across daily, monthly, and yearly data reporting

The Individual:

• Graduated in a relevant degree (Engineering) with 1 to 2 years of experience

• An aptitude for managing large data sets and drawing conclusions from them

• Good skills on all Microsoft packages, particularly Excel

• Knowledge of SQL or Tableau highly preferred

• Knowledge of Solar Energy preferred

• Experience of SCADA and/or remote data sensing applications preferred (training will be provided)

• Good understanding of contractual guarantees

• Good knowledge of the functioning and maintenance of data storage systems (software and hardware)
