​Business Development Manager

Location: flexible United Kingdom

Salary: £45000 - £55000 pa + bonus and additional benefits

TGRC is working with a global provider of banking, financial, advisory, investment and funds management services. A fast-growing area that contributes to the energy transition and support the decarbonisation goals of the company’s clients, and grow an Industrial and Commercial rooftop solar capability to support their clients’ transition to net zero.

Position:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to take the lead role in delivery of the Industrial and commercial rooftop solar business growth strategy. This person will have proven business development experience, desirable in the Solar energy sector, with a strong understanding of the commercial market opportunities and potential finance solutions.

Reports into Business Development Director

To succeed in this role:

·         Managing end to end sales process from lead to execution including keeping clients and internal stakeholders always updated

·         Developing the portfolio based on understanding of customer needs and the solar and finance solutions we offer.

·         Proven track record across new business generation and account development from a B2B perspective.

·         Building strong working relationships and connections both internally and externally to help manage the sales process from identification through to execution.

·         Utilising business intelligence to establish and pursue potential new business opportunities.

·         Scheduling and facilitating meetings with potential new and existing clients.

·         Being the main point of contact for new customers and proactively maintaining customer relationships, ensuring their needs are being met.

·         Delivering against agreed targets for new business activity.

Office locations in London, Braintree and Solihull.The successful candidate would be expected to travel between these and customer locations. This role can be based from home or attached to either our Braintree or Solihull office locations.
