​A leading, vertically integrated energy technology company is seeking a Business Development Manager to support the growth of on-site power solutions across North America. This role sits at the intersection of energy storage, natural gas generation, and large-scale power demand.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how next-generation power systems are deployed, helping customers unlock faster, more efficient, and more reliable energy solutions.

The Opportunity

With the rapid growth of data centers and other high-load applications, developers are increasingly turning to on-site natural gas generation to accelerate power availability.

Pairing this with advanced battery storage enables:

• Improved system reliability

• Smoother power delivery under highly variable loads

This role focuses on bringing those solutions to market.

What You’ll Do

• Build strategic partnerships with on-site power developers, EPCs, and generator OEMs

• Provide consultative, technical business development support to customers evaluating integrated power solutions

• Identify and articulate new value propositions for energy storage in gas generation systems

• Expand into emerging markets and applications, including:

• Data centers

• Oil & gas

• Remote/off-grid mining

• Grid-connected asset optimization

• Translate technical constraints into commercial solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Background in power generation, energy, or infrastructure

• Experience with natural gas turbines or reciprocating engines (OEM, developer, or EPC background preferred)

• Strong analytical skillset with the ability to engage in technical discussions

• Proven ability to operate in a customer-facing, consultative role

• Comfortable with both technical depth and strategic thinking

• Ability to identify what truly matters to customers and tailor solutions accordingly
