Job description

The Client

The Green Recruitment Company are working with one of the biggest managing agent firms based in London. Their clients are some of the largest names in the UK, developing the commercial energy space in an innovative way. Due to their expansion, they are seeking an enthusiastic, intelligent, and creative individual to join their dynamic team as an Account Manager.

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for maintaining invoices within the utility database
  • Ensuring validation and verification checks are conducted

Accountability/Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting suppliers and sites to manage queries
  • Administration tasks; faxes, emails, filing, photocopying and manning the phones
  • Coding and dealing with disconnection letters
  • Dealing with site closures
  • Maintainin internal databases
  • Providing tenant recharges on accounts as required
  • Responsible for all COTs/COMAs including final invoices and savings for clients you manage
