This role can be based in Berlin, London or Madrid with the expectation that the successful candidate travels to the Berlin HQ once a month.

Tasks

Administration of existing national and international Bonding Lines with bank & sureties
Interface between bond applier within the group and the guarantors for application & negotiation of Bond wording and responsible for the issuance process.
Increase new Bonding Lines with support of our external partners with national and international Banks sureties
Customer care with our current Bonding partners
Tracking and reporting of the compliance of existing Bonding/Surety contracts
Maintain and update existing Bond application tool
Supervision and updating of existing Bonding manual
Prepare monthly internal und quarterly external Bonding report for the Board and Stakeholders

Requirements

Academic Degree in Finance or Business Administration, alternatively a comparable traineeship with excellent results
Experience in Bonding/Surety Business in an Insurance Company or a Bank
Professional contact with national and international operating Banks/Insurance Companies and Brokers
3-5 years of experience
Languages: Excellent knowledge of English is a must. German is desirable.
