Salary: RMB 200,000 – 210,000 per annum
The Green Recruitment Company is supporting a leading global construction and infrastructure organisation in the appointment of an Admin Manager based in Suzhou. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of administrative operations within a large-scale, project-driven environment.
The Opportunity
This is a critical operational role underpinning the smooth running of site and office activities. You will act as the central coordination point across administrative functions, ensuring efficiency, structure, and compliance in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across site and office functions
Manage office facilities, logistics, and vendor coordination
Implement and maintain administrative processes and systems to improve efficiency
Support project teams with documentation, reporting, and coordination
Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements
Supervise and develop administrative staff, driving performance and accountability
Act as a key liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders
Requirements
Proven experience in an Administration Manager / Office Manager role
Background within construction, engineering, or project-based environments preferred
Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, delivery-focused setting
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability
Fluent in Mandarin (English beneficial)
