The Role:

The Corporate Accounts Manager is responsible for:

  • Achieving new sales targets for both Flexible gas & power customers, where applicable.
  • Renewing complex flexible Gas and Power contracts to large and prestigious customers.
  • The Account Management of public sector and TPI baskets
  • Expanding TPI Relationships
  • Query Management and resolution for customers and TPIs
  • Supporting in Carbon Sales & associated account management duties
  • A key task of this role is to manage allocated TPI’s for the Corporate Accounts team, resulting in long term strategic partnerships with the UK and Ireland’s largest energy consultants. Fundamentally this role is a sales role and it is critical that the role holder achieves aggressive gas retention targets. 
  • These results will be achieved by creating products and implementing services that will add value to the current portfolio. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sell flexible and high volume flexible gas contracts to the UKs largest energy suppliers
  • Meet retention targets set against the existing flex portfolio
  • Add value and revenue to the current portfolio whilst ensuring sales targets are achieved.
  • Day to day account management of large customers, working closely with other teams and external third parties to resolve customer queries to a high standard
  • Develop the company reputation for customer service and product flexibility.
  • To be willing to represent and promote the brand both internally and externally at conferences and seminars.

Support the Carbon Sales channel targets as well as supporting the Carbon portfolio from an account management perspective
