A leading engineering and construction organization is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead the execution of large-scale utility-scale solar PV projects. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering complex EPC projects from mobilization through to commissioning.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction delivery of solar PV projects, ensuring alignment with timeline, budget, and quality standards

• Oversee all site activities including civil, mechanical, and electrical works

• Manage multidisciplinary teams including construction managers, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors

• Develop, review, and track project schedules (Primavera/MS Project)

• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions where required

• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to resolve issues and provide updates

• Support testing, commissioning, and final project delivery

✅ Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering

• 15+ years of experience in construction, with strong exposure to solar PV or renewable energy projects

• Proven track record delivering large-scale EPC (Greenfield) projects

• Experience working in the Middle East or similar regions is highly advantageous
