Job description
We're partnering with a leading renewable energy investment platform to recruit an Asset Management Associate to join its growing Infrastructure team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established investor with a significant portfolio of renewable energy assets across the UK and Ireland, including onshore wind, hydro and battery energy storage (BESS).
The business manages multiple investment funds and has a substantial pipeline of projects spanning development, construction and operational assets, offering excellent long-term career progression within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of renewable energy assets, working across both operational and development-stage projects. This is a broad role combining commercial, financial, technical and stakeholder management responsibilities while working closely with senior investment professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of operational and development-stage renewable energy SPVs.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Build and manage relationships with joint venture partners, lenders, contractors, landowners and advisors.
Lead the negotiation and renewal of commercial contracts, including PPAs, O&M agreements and site management contracts.
Oversee budgets, cash flow, invoice approvals and operational reporting.
Monitor asset performance and deliver regular KPI reporting.
Support construction and development activities, including site visits and stakeholder coordination.
Identify opportunities to enhance portfolio value through repowering, asset life extensions and BESS/solar co-location projects.
About You
Degree qualified in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred).
Minimum of 2 years' experience within renewable energy, infrastructure or a related sector.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Commercially minded with excellent organisational and communication skills.
