This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience managing operational solar PV, wind, or battery energy storage (BESS) projects. You will play a key role in ensuring assets achieve maximum technical performance, commercial value, and long-term reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day performance of operational renewable energy assets.

• Monitor technical and commercial KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization.

• Coordinate with O&M providers, EPC contractors, and other key stakeholders.

• Oversee contractual compliance, budgets, and operational reporting.

• Analyze asset performance data and implement improvement initiatives.

• Support the long-term operational strategy of a renewable energy portfolio.

• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

About You

We're interested in speaking with professionals who have:

• Experience in renewable energy asset management.

• A background within Solar PV, Wind, BESS, or other renewable generation technologies.

• Strong understanding of asset performance monitoring and operational optimization.

• Experience managing external contractors and service providers.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• A proactive, analytical approach to problem solving.

• Fluency in German and English is highly desirable.
