As they expand their operations in Bangkok, they are seeking a seasoned Technical Manager specializing in Quality Assurance to uphold and enhance their standards of excellence.

Position Overview

The Technical Manager – Quality Assurance will oversee all aspects of quality assurance within the company, from development through to implementation and maintenance of quality assurance systems. This role is crucial for ensuring that all projects meet internal and external requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for renewable energy projects.

• Lead the QA team in conducting rigorous inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

• Manage the resolution of quality issues, providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams.

• Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality assurance controls into project development and execution processes.

• Analyze data from quality measures and audits to report on performance and recommend improvements.

• Stay abreast of new regulations and industry standards in renewable energy to continually refine QA practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the renewable energy or related technical fields.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team and fostering a proactive quality culture.

• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Fluency in English, with additional language skills beneficial.
