Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete on-site operations for the Solar PV project, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Conduct thorough monitoring of the project’s progress, implementing corrective measures when necessary to mitigate risks and delays.

• Uphold all safety regulations and environmental standards, conducting regular site inspections and safety briefings.

• Liaise with project stakeholders to deliver regular updates and manage expectations effectively.

• Document all site activities, maintaining records for compliance and reporting purposes.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the solar industry, particularly with Solar PV installations.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate site teams.

• Expertise in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to solar construction projects.

• Relevant educational background in engineering, construction management, or related fields.

• CSCS card holder with additional health and safety qualifications preferred.
