Job title: Office Manager

Location: Greater Milan Metropolitan Area (On-site)

TGRC is working with a leading renewable energy specialist who is looking for an Office Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Organising the office work cycle and ordering stationery and equipment.

  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities (invoice registering, etc.).

  • Overseeing general office and team operations.

  • Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and delivering service to our team, suppliers and stakeholders.

  • Coordinating appointments and meetings.

  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.

  • Producing reports, and composing correspondence.

  • Provide basic HR support to the team.

  • All-around secretarial duties.

  • Maintaining office policies and managing health and safety procedures.

  • Keeping records of office expenditures.

  • Meeting, conference, and event planning.

Experience:

  • Mother tongue in Italian and fluent in English.

  • A detail-oriented, self-starter with prior experience in the industry or with a technology team.

  • A bachelor’s degree is appreciated.

  • One to three years’ prior experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel);

  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
