With a robust portfolio and a strategic focus on innovative green technologies and solutions, they are seeking a General Manager for International Business to expand their global impact from their Beijing office.

Position Overview

The General Manager – International Business will be at the forefront of the company's expansion into international markets. This strategic role involves overseeing the development and execution of international business strategies, managing cross-border investment projects, and cultivating partnerships that align with the fund’s mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of the fund’s international expansion, identifying lucrative investment opportunities in global markets.

• Develop and manage relationships with international partners, investors, and stakeholders to support business growth and collaboration.

• Oversee market analysis and due diligence processes to ensure profitable and sustainable investment decisions.

• Coordinate with other senior managers and teams to align international strategies with the company’s overall mission and objectives.

• Represent the company at international conferences, forums, and other events to enhance its visibility and leadership in environmental investment.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Relations, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in managing international business operations, preferably in investment or financial services with a focus on sustainability.

• Proven track record of developing and executing business strategies in international markets.

• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse, cross-functional teams.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
