HR Manager

Electric Mobility

The Client:

An innovate energy storage multinational company that has established itself over the last decade. With significant experience and competitive business model the company is expanding fast through Europe.


The Role:

Responsibilities:

  1. Daily contact for all HR related issues both internally and externally

 

  1. .Stay in contact with Senior Management about HR developments

 

  1. Benchmark company’s attractiveness and make proposals to increase reputation

 

  1. Keep up to date with legal issues and developments

 

  1. Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E)

 

  1. Act as a representative to HR related supplier

 

  1. Act as a global link between European offices as Asian offices and help minimise cultural differences and maximise company cohesion

 

Tasks:

  1. Coordinating the visa & residence permit applications for temporarily and permanently foreign employees

 

  1. Manage employment contracts and check staff files

 

  1. Assist with recruitment across the whole of Europe

 

  1. In conjunction with other global HQs develop and maintain HR related rules and policies, implement workplace disciplines in accordance with the local labour laws

 

  1. Daily employees’ absenteeism check and leave requests management;

 

  1. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination and keep records. Legal advices to discharge including preparation of the dossier

 

  1. Coordinating new hiring for all European offices

 

  1. Maintaining and improving the Employee handbook and policies

 

  1. Manage the external consultant’s contracts

 

  1. Regularly conference calls with HQ for related issues

 

  1. Daily contact for HR suppliers (f.e. Salary Administration Company)

 

  1. Prepare presentations to the Senior Staff Management

 

  1. All other HR tasks assigned by the Senior Staff Management

The Individual:

  1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources
  2. 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  3. Organizational skills
  4. Flexible and likes to work in a dynamic environment
  5. Adapting to multi-national culture
  6. Professional and responsible
  7. Excellent communication skills
  8. Able to multi-task
  9. Computer knowledge and efficiency, including MS Office
  10. Fluent in English and Dutch both written and verbal
